1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who comply with the criteria outlined in the Terms of Use.

2. Promotion Period

The campaign starts on 12th February 2024 and concludes on 1st June 2024.

3. Bonus Offer

4. Deposit Requirements

5. Withdrawal Restrictions

• The bonus amount is locked for withdrawal for the first 4 months after being credited. After this period, the bonus becomes withdrawable provided the participant has maintained the minimum deposit requirement.
• The participant can withdraw their original deposited funds at any time without fees.
• Deposits, bonuses and generated yield can be withdrawn via direct USDC transfer only.
• If the participant wishes to withdraw the deposited funds before the bonus period expires, the participant will forfeit the bonus amount.

6. Yield Earnings

• Participants begin earning yield on their total deposited amount immediately.
• Yield on the bonus starts upon its allocation.
• The yield will be calculated based on prevailing APY and will be credited to the participant’s account on a regular basis.
• Yield rates are subject to change and depend on market conditions. The financial institution reserves the right to modify the rates without prior notice.

7. Savings Goals and Progress Tracking

• The participant can track the progress of their savings goals in real-time through their account dashboard or designated tools provided by Return Finance, UAB (“the Company”).
• The Company will not be held liable for any errors or discrepancies in the savings goal tracking feature.

8. Limitations of Liability

The Company is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the participant’s participation in this promotion or the use of the bonus amount or account features.

9. Modification or Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Any changes or termination will not affect the bonus amounts already credited to the participants’ accounts.

10. Compliance with Regulations
