1. INTRODUCTION Welcome to the RTN Technologies Limited Point Reward System (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Program.
2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION The Program allows users to earn points (“Points”) by completing specific tasks as stated in the Return Finance mobile and web applications (the “Apps”). The Points may, at the sole discretion of RTN Technologies Limited, be converted into a set number of utility tokens (“Tokens”) at a later date. The conversion rate and any associated conditions will be determined and announced by RTN Technologies Limited.
3. ELIGIBILITY To participate in the Program, you must:
   • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
   • Have a valid user account on the Apps.
   • Comply with these Terms and any additional guidelines provided in the Apps.
4. EARNING POINTS Points can be earned by completing tasks as outlined in the Apps. The tasks, requirements, and Points rewarded will be clearly stated within the Apps. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed for cash or any other benefit except as expressly permitted by RTN Technologies Limited.
5. CONVERSION OF POINTS TO TOKENS RTN Technologies Limited may, at its discretion, allow Points to be converted into Tokens at a future date. The conversion is not guaranteed and is subject to terms and conditions to be announced. The conversion rate and process will be solely determined by RTN Technologies Limited and may be modified or canceled at any time without notice.
6. NO RIGHTS OR OWNERSHIP Participation in the Program and possession of Points do not grant you any ownership, equity, or other rights in RTN Technologies Limited or its affiliates. Points and any resulting Tokens do not represent a financial instrument, security, or investment.
7. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM RTN Technologies Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. RTN Technologies Limited shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Program
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Program is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. RTN Technologies Limited disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, RTN Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your participation in the Program. RTN Technologies Limited’s total liability to you for any claims related to the Program shall not exceed the amount you paid to participate (if any).
10. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RTN Technologies Limited, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Program.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Program shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the BVI International Arbitration Centre (BVI IAC), and the decision shall be binding on all parties.
12. MISCELLANEOUS
    • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RTN Technologies Limited regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements.
    • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
    • No Waiver: The failure of RTN Technologies Limited to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
